Two easy ways to top-up. You can do it via UniComms menu or just call “018-3881330” from your mobile.

a) UniComms Direct Top-Up
With m8 top-up coupons; please follow the menu provided below.

You will receive a SMS notification upon successful top-up.

b) UniComms IVR Menu
With top-up coupons, please follow the menu provided below.

Transfer e Top-Up

This service allows you to transfer some credit to another UniComms subscribers in case of emergency and you are not able to find stores to top-up.

Please note that both you and the receiver will be charged a nominal fee of 50 sen per transaction.

    First Time Registration

    Before you can use this portal to reload, you must register your information with us. Please follow the steps below to complete your registration.


    In the next screen, you can use your mobile no. to retrieve your information from the telco services, or key in the information manually on their respective boxes. Press Submit to proceed.

    Upon submitting your registration, you will receive an email containing your Portal's username and password.


    Registering Your Mobile For Reload

    Before you can reload your mobile or use the Xpress Reload, you are required to register one or more mobile number.


    Reload Your Mobile

    To reload a mobile, you can select a number then choose to pay by Credit Card or Internet banking such as Maybank2u, RHB Now, CIMBClick etc.

    Upon succesful reload, you will receive an email with Receipt of your payment as well as SMS to your mobile number to confirm the transaction.

    Yes, this new lifecycle is applicable to all UniComms SIMs.

    Grace Period 1 will be 14 days and Grace Period 2 will be 7 days.

    Answer:

    Grace Periods are extra days given after your validity expires. During Grace Period 1, you will still be able to receive inbound calls and SMS. During Grace Period 2, all services will be barred. However, during the grace periods, you will still be able to reload to reactivate your mobile number to enjoy full services.

    Yes, please reload and your account will be reinstated to active status. However, once the 7 days Grace Period 2 is over, your mobile number will be terminated 24hours after disabled.
